Terms of Service

1. Provider and acceptance

Renvia is provided by moovit, s.r.o., Bobuľová 11/B, 900 28 Ivanka pri Dunaji, Slovakia, IČO 45240639, IČ DPH SK2022919415 (Renvia, we, us). By creating an account or using Renvia, you agree to these Terms. If you use Renvia for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The Service

Renvia is a software service for managing rental properties, reservations, finances, expenses, payments, price lists, documents, calendars and, on eligible plans, services, maintenance and team collaboration. Features, availability and limits depend on the selected plan. The Service is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

3. Accounts, portfolios and teams

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Every account has a portfolio for its properties and related data. Paid plans may allow a team owner to invite users and assign the roles available for that plan. The owner is responsible for access, permissions and the actions of invited users.

4. Plans, trial and limits

Current limits are Basic: 1 property and up to 3 users including the owner; Pro: 5 properties and up to 4 users including the owner; Business: 25 properties and up to 10 users including the owner. Basic includes two invited team members with Admin and Staff roles in any combination. Pro includes three invited team members with Admin and Staff roles in any combination. Business includes nine invited team members with Admin, Staff and Accountant roles in any combination. The current trial lasts 14 days and provides Business functionality with a limit of 5 properties and up to 10 users. The current plan comparison page describes the included features and prices.

A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. A paid plan starts only after you complete the relevant checkout. We may change plans, prices or included functionality prospectively; material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required by law.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout for the selected plan and billing interval. Renvia does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV. Stripe's terms and privacy notice also apply to its payment services.

A paid plan renews at the end of the selected billing period unless you cancel it through the billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access remains available until the end of the current period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period where indicated in the billing flow. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Customer Data

You retain your rights to data you enter or upload to Renvia. You give Renvia a limited right to host, transmit, store and otherwise process that data only to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service and to meet legal obligations. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and permissions for Customer Data, including guest, tenant, contractor and document data.

Where you are controller of personal data in Customer Data, Renvia is your processor as described in the DPA. Do not upload data that you are not authorized to process. Renvia does not sell Customer Data or use it for unrelated advertising.

7. Documents, automation and integrations

You may upload permitted files such as contracts, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other business documents. You remain responsible for verifying any data suggested by automated functions, including OCR. Current document storage is not a contract-generation, signing or legal compliance service.

Google Calendar is optional. If you enable it, you are responsible for the calendar, credentials and data you authorize Renvia to use. Third party services are governed by their own terms and availability.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Renvia unlawfully; to infringe rights; to upload malware; to interfere with the Service; to circumvent limits or access controls; or to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure or data. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, law, non-payment or a material breach, and will provide notice where practicable.

9. Deletion and termination

Individual records can be deleted using available controls. An owner can start deletion of a portfolio and its active-system data in Settings. Before that action, the owner receives information about requesting an export. A user who owns a portfolio must transfer ownership or delete the portfolio before deleting the user account. Legal retention, security, fraud-prevention and shared-record anonymization exceptions may apply.

For an access, portability or deletion request, contact privacy@renvia.app. Renvia does not promise an automatic self-service export of every data category or a specific backup recovery period.

10. Intellectual property, disclaimers and liability

Renvia and its software, branding and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular recovery objective, or accuracy of analytics, OCR or third-party integrations. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy, law and contact

The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and, where applicable, the DPA form part of the relevant contractual framework. Slovak law governs these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. The courts of Slovakia have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
