Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by Renvia's public website and application. For this processing, moovit, s.r.o. is the controller. Contact privacy@renvia.app.
1. Necessary technologies
Necessary cookies and browser storage are used to deliver a requested service, remember the selected language, maintain authentication and security state, and preserve temporary application preferences. These technologies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary for the requested service.
| Name or category | Purpose | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| renvia_locale | Stores the language selected on the landing page. | Cookie, up to 1 year. |
| Authentication state | Amazon Cognito and the application use tokens/cookies and session state necessary to sign in, keep an authenticated session and protect the account. | Provider and browser controlled; duration varies by authentication state. |
| Application preferences | Selected property, filters, views, onboarding and temporary UI or deletion-job state. | sessionStorage or localStorage; controlled by the browser until cleared or replaced. |
| renvia_analytics_consent | Records the website analytics choice. | Cookie and localStorage, up to 1 year. |
| renvia:consent-visitor-id | Random browser identifier used only to keep an audit record of the analytics choice. | localStorage, up to 2 years or until cleared by the visitor. |
2. Optional analytics
If the public website is configured with Google Analytics, it is loaded only after the visitor chooses “Accept analytics” in the consent prompt. The legal basis is consent. Refusing analytics does not limit access to the website or application. Google may set its own cookies and process associated technical data under its terms and privacy documentation.
You can withdraw or change a choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button shown in the bottom-right corner of the website. It reopens the same choice and prevents Google Analytics from loading unless you opt in again.
When you accept, reject or withdraw analytics, Renvia records that decision on its server for two years. The record contains the random browser identifier above, the choice, analytics category, policy version, language, source and server-generated time. It does not contain your account ID, email address, IP address or user-agent.
3. Payments and third parties
Stripe may use its own technologies when you open checkout or the Stripe customer portal. Those payment flows are governed by Stripe's own notices. Google Calendar is used only when a Customer enables that integration; it is not a landing-page tracking technology. Current providers are listed on the Service Providers page.
4. Browser controls and changes
You can delete or block cookies through browser controls. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent login, language persistence or other requested functionality. We will update this policy and the consent mechanism before introducing new optional tracking categories.
