Service Providers

This is the current list of third parties used to operate Renvia. A provider may act as Renvia's processor, subprocessor or independent controller, depending on the service and the data involved. For Customer Data, the list is incorporated into the DPA.

Renvia's current backend region is US East (N. Virginia); AWS services may process data in other locations according to the selected service configuration.
Stripe, Inc. and relevant Stripe entitiesCheckout, recurring subscription billing, invoices, payment authentication and fraud prevention.Billing contact and subscription metadata; Stripe receives payment credentials directly. Stripe may act as an independent controller for payment-services processing. EU and United States, subject to Stripe's service configuration and terms.
Google LLC and relevant Google entitiesGoogle Analytics on the public website only after consent; Google Calendar only where a Customer enables that integration; Google Fonts for public website typography.Website analytics and technical identifiers after consent; calendar event details only for enabled Calendar integration. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable terms and transfer mechanisms.

Changes

We may update this page when our providers change. For Customer Data governed by the DPA, Renvia will give advance notice of a material new or replacement subprocessor where required by Article 28 GDPR. To object on reasonable data-protection grounds, contact privacy@renvia.app.
